This occurred at Toulouse, France on Nov 16, 2007 when the final pre-delivery tests were being done on the aircraft. Ten people were injured when the engines were being run up and for some reason the brakes did not work. Somebody has some splaing to do. Airbus personnel were apparently operating the aircraft. They will need a lot of duct tape to get this thing going. |
